Highly recommend. Their area of expertise is Mantua, but their extensive experience provides the necessary depth of knowledge needed in any area in the "DMV". They were very open to the many new routes our search took and were patient with us as first time home buyers. They brought hard data on comps to almost every showing that we went to which, combined with their expertise, made us very comfortable with our offers. They were timely and detailed oriented with paperwork and took time to explain to us every line item in each document. One could go on further, but it's probably best to summarize by saying that we wouldn't dream of any real estate transaction without their team being involved.

Both Sarah and Anne are excellent realtors. They work hard from start to finish, making sure the client understands what will bring the best price. They stress the importance of professional marketing materials and good photography (Anne asked that the photographer touch up the outside photo so the sky would be blue rather than grey!) they know the market and provide up-to-date comparative prices, they have a team of excellent support workers (handymen, painters, suggestions for window washers, floor refinishers, carpet cleaners, a stager) and they are very attentive to the client's needs, calling frequently to check on anxiety levels and to see if the client needs anything. They give advice but always stressed that I should feel free to take their advice - or not. I recommend them highly.
